An easy and affordable way to add a PreAmp, EQ and a pickup to your acoustic guitar.
The CLE 3 from Artec is an Active Preamp with 4 potentiometers.
They control the Bass,Mid, Treble and Volume, On/Off switch.
The CLE 3 can be easily mounted on any acoustic guitar as it only requires the drilling
of holes forthe potentiometers and not one large cutout. It can be installed on the side or the front of your guitar.
The CLE 3 runs on a 9 volt battery which is held in place by an attached battery clip on the back of the system.
Up to 2000 hours of continuous use can be expected as the CLE 3 has avery low battery drain rate.
This is a new system in the original package.

Included with the system is the PP 607Piezo pickup which is installed under the saddle of the guitar. The pickup has a 1/8th in male jack that is plugged into the CLE 3. No wiring or soldering is required. The PP-607 Piezo pickups are comprised of four layers of materials unlike most piezo pickups. The main feature of the PP-607 is the use of individual piezo ceramic sensors which improves string to string balance.

A 1/4" jack for theguitar cable which is hard wired into the CLE 3 is included.
The mounting mounting hardware and standard,black knobs are also included.
The knobs can be easily substituted with your own if you want a different look.
